The website
Content on this site — copy, layout, and design — is provided to describe our services and is not a guarantee of any particular outcome. We keep it accurate to the best of our knowledge but don’t warrant it’s error-free or current at every moment; if something looks wrong, tell us at info@jaykishansolutions.com.au.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the enquiry form doesn’t create a contract between us. Any pricing discussed before a signed agreement is indicative, not binding, and depends on the scope, content, and timeline we agree once we understand your project.
Intellectual property
The JayKishan Solutions name, logo, and this site’s design are our property. Work delivered under a paid engagement — the finished site, its code, and its content — transfers to you on final payment, unless the signed agreement for that project says otherwise. Third-party assets we license on your behalf (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain subject to their own licence terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this site to submit false, harmful, or fraudulent information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it at a rate or for a purpose that burdens its operation.
Third-party links
Where we link to a third-party site, we don’t control and aren’t responsible for its content, availability, or privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t lawfully be excluded.
