JayKishan Solutions (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.jaykishansolutions.com.au, how we use it, and the choices you have. It’s written to be read, not just filed — if anything here is unclear, email us at info@jaykishansolutions.com.au.
Information we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone number, business name, the service you’re enquiring about, budget range, timeline, whether you already have a website, how you found us, and your project description. We don’t collect anything beyond what the form asks for, and we don’t use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts to profile visitors.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to you, scope your project, and — if we start working together — to manage that engagement. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties, and we don’t use it for marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who we share it with
Enquiry data is stored in our client-management system, hosted on Supabase (database and file storage), and enquiry notifications are sent via Resend (transactional email). Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality terms — neither is authorised to use your information for their own purposes. We don’t share your information with any other third party unless required by law.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to deliver the service you engaged us for, and afterward for a reasonable period to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we’re required to keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing info@jaykishansolutions.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), to the extent they apply to a business of our size.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting how existing client data is used will be communicated directly.
